well i think this is a rare expensive car because i have only seen it 2 times on the street. the 2 times i have seen it is has been in yellow. well it looks like those old hot rod covertibles but in our time. it has the wheels opened like and indy car. the car looks close to this.

it is not a old classic car. the car im talking about is about the same body type and in todays modren types of cars. idk i know its not much help but if you can help.
