I have $4000 and I just need a starter car. I would prefer a older muscle car and I can work on them, im not that good with newer cars because theres so many electronics but I can do some things. So what would be a good car to start out with.

Im talking about a certain year and make to give me ideas of cars I can afford.

What can have more horse power and be faster? People always say that skyline, supra etc.. can produce over 1000hp? Some people say tuners are faster when they have more hp bc there lighter and a muscle cars may have alot of hp but there not as fast, is this all true or is it the money that you have that makes a car fast? Are tuners faster then muscle cars?
