What’s this rattling noise coming from my car whenever I turn?

I'm driving a 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic, and every time I make a turn, the front rattles. It rattles on either side, depending on which direction I'm turning. Upon inspection, there is nothing loose that might cause a rattling noise. It doesn't really make this noise when I'm on the highway- only when I'm going slower speeds- like turning at stop signs. What could be causing this??? It's been doing this for about 3-4 weeks now, but it's not stopping the car from working in any way.
