What up I want all of your opinions. I am looking to buy a muscle car that has looks and is famous and power. Right know in my mind I have the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 HT stuck in my head and it is number 6 on top 10 muscle cars, I guess that is a good choice. When I get the car I am putting it up to probably 720 HP engine from GMPP and from there it is going to Tokyo, Japan and it will be worked on there. Also the car I make will be featured as one of the main cars on the next Fast and The Furious movie [not Tokyo Drift, one being made after that]. So this is seriously important. I'm planning on getting a fixer upper this year to work on over the summer with my grandfather. He has his own garage out in LI. I'm looking for a fun easy car to rebuild, preferably an old muscle car. Also, it has to be relativley cheap and easy to find parts. Btw, I'm 13 so nothing extremely expensive and difficult to work with.

I've been looking at a 65' stang, or a camaro.

Okay so for my first car i'm thinking about a karmann ghia convertible with a summer yellow exterior and white interior. i would keep the classic seats and steering wheel. What does anyone think? also--any other similar ideas?
i am interested in working on it mechanically--like fixing it up myself... and although i prefer automatic, i am able to drive a stick. I like classic cars like the ghia. I'm not looking for anything too new or boring. thanks to all whov answered!
