Old 70′s muscle car in a garage for the past 10 years or so. What can I do to get it running again?

I have a 1976 Pontiac Trans Am that was only driven regularly in the 80's and has 45,000 miles on it. From what I understand it never had any problems and has been in a garage for over 10 years. The problem? It hasn't been driven or even started for over 10 years so all the fluids are old and I would imagine need to be flushed out. I also noticed rat poop around and inside the vehicle so I don't know if any damage was made. The keys are also nowhere to be found. I don't know much about cars so I'd like to get someone's opinion on how I can get it running again so I can get it restored.
