muscle car
You only really have three choices if you are looking for a NEW Muscle car, Camaro, Mustang, and Challenger. Some people consider the Corvette a muscle car but is closer to a super-car than it is muscle cars and it cost way over 30K. If you are looking under $30,000 it only leaves two choices, 2010 Camaro LS V6 304hp starts at $23,040 and the Mustang GT V8 315hp starting at $27,000. I won’t even discuss the Charger because it is a heavy tank, handles like junk and is the slowest of the group.
So for under $30k hands down winner is the new 2010 Camaro. It looks the best, handles better than the Mustang and Challenger and gets the best gas mileage.
If you step up to $31.000 you can get a 2010 Camaro 1SS 426hp V8 that gets better mpg than any V8 Mustang. The Camaro 1SS can beat the best of the Mustangs like Shelby Cobra Gt500, Roush and Saleen stangs and cost around $15k less. I drive a mustang GT and would trade it for a base model Camaro any day.
