Is a 1987 Buick Leabre Custom hard to restore and can it become a muscle car?

I would like to get my Buick Lesabre Custom restored and upgraded do anyone have an suggestion on how to do it or and shops or a website that restores cars such as mine?I live in Texas.Can my car become a muscle car with all the right parts etc?

   I agree…. Why? The only way to make the 87 cool is to swap in a Buick turbo V6, like what the Grand National had. Better yet, buy a grand national or T-type and save some money.

   You can make it a fast car but it will never be classified as a muscle car,it’s a luxury car.
